Product versions

Brinell hardness tester

Robust machines with a load range from 62.5 kg to 3,000 kg in both digital and analog versions. XL model available.

Vickers hardness tester

Essential for steel testing in labs, offering a load range of 1 to 30 kg, including micro Vickers precision, digital microscope, optional camera.

Rockwell hardness tester

Available in digital and semi-automatic models, providing precise and cost-effective hardness measurements with a load range of 60 to 150 kg.

Brinell hardness tester

Our Brinell hardness tester combines top-notch Brinell testing capabilities in a single, rigid frame, designed to meet a wide range of needs, including testing on aluminum and non-homogeneous materials.

These robust machines with force sensor-based closed-loop systems can handle loads ranging from 62.5 kg to 3,000 kg, making them suitable for measuring large or semi-finished pieces.

The optical systems are available in both digital and analog options.

Our machines display hardness values, statistical results, and settings on an LCD screen. You can easily convert hardness values to Rockwell, Vickers, Brinell, and Leeb scales, and choose between analog or electronic microscopes for precise measurements.

Plus, an XL version with a 450mm working height and 250mm throat depth is available, along with an optional Brinell impression examination system featuring an BullsEye camera. The machines include an RS-232 data output.

Vickers hardness tester

Vickers hardness testing machines are indispensable tools used in laboratories, primarily for testing steel.

They offer a versatile range of testing capabilities, from 0,01 to 30 kg loads, including micro Vickers tests with precision down to a few grams.

Equipped with a digital microscope and the option for a built-in camera, these machines enable easy data entry and can produce comprehensive reports with statistics, images, and precise impression measurements for an additional cost.

They find applications in the metal, automotive, aerospace, and motorsport industries, and are exceptionally suited for testing thin materials, galvanized layers, small-sized specimens, and delicate samples with minimal risk of damage. With manual or automatic measurement options, high-resolution CCD cameras, and user-friendly features like data export to Excel, these machines offer precise and efficient hardness testing solutions.

Rockwell hardness tester

These machines come in digital and semi-automatic, motorized models, making them suitable for metal workshops and other applications where a load range between 60 and 150 kg is required.

They excel at testing steel, relying on displacement-based measurement principles. With both analog and digital versions available, some equipped with touchscreens, they offer quick and easily automatable testing processes.

The absence of optical readings keeps costs low and reduces the potential for operator errors. Their precision and versatility make them ideal for quality control and calibration purposes, utilizing a wide range of scales. These machines feature advanced user interfaces, load applications with force feedback, and offer large inspection areas, online statistics, and USB/RS-232 outputs for data transfer, ensuring reliable and convenient hardness testing solutions.
